actually, it sounds perfect.
I had one LXD55 (very old) mount and used it like three times.
I miss star hopping and learning a planet's neighborhood.
do you know of anyone else who might want this mount?
I'd be willing to make a small donation to the club, if it were saved
for me.
see you Tuesday.

SAM Just show up. You can pay dues at half time or before the meeting
About this mount; Might work. Since its free you can have it and try it. Its not some great hi end deal. I h ave used it for solar observing. It has single axis tracking in RA, slow motion in dec. I’ll be bringing it and you can decide. Chuck J

Hi, Charles.
This is Sam Hunt.
I was a member for a short while, but medical issues got in the way. I'm all better now and would like to rejoin. What would be the quickest way to join before the next meeting? Go to the website?
Also, I need a GEM for a 6" f8 scope I am building. Would the GEM you plan to give away next Tuesday suit my needs?
and, thanks for keeping me in the mailing list. I read everything you guys are doing every month. I am very impressed with your club's dedication.

I have good books on observing that we will give away at $10 per
book plus I will give away a German equatorial mount I no longer
want.
