[tapir-development] Tapir's bug panther/tiger

I found a bug between panther and tiger :
Panther :
in the command : type : echo "name of your web site"
in the "when menu item is selected -> feed to program", you type open
http://www.....: it works
Tiger : it fails
You have to type under Tiger:
in the command : type : echo "FULL URL name of your web site" (such as
http://www....................";
in the "when menu item is selected -> feed to program", you ONLY type
"open" : it works
and open URL fails with Panther AND Tiger
