Hi Steve,

I can do the job no problem using the pc, this was moving the data via
bluetooth from phone to phone.

Andrew, just a thought, I never actually use the nokia software personally. 
What is it you want to transfer?  If it's just files, I use the my computer 
and my phone shows up there.  Then it's just a simple copy and paste 
process.
