[talks-uk] N70 slow to power up?

Hi Folks,
Is there a way to speed up the N70 on power up? It seems to take an age
before talks speaks and asks for my pin code.
I have turned off dual network and selected GSM only and it doesn't seem to
make any change on power up even though someone told me to turn off 3G.
All advice appreciated.
