Make sure that you have version number 2.3.0.92. If you do have this number and
you are still having the trouble, get with support. The latest update should
have fix these issues.

Hello friends, I have been noticing two problems one of which has already been
reported . 1. F2 key is not working even in office 2007. 2. The Read system
tray key is not fetching all the items. It fetches only SA.
