Hi Don and list,
The problem with Del is when I use Outlook Express. Everything with
System Access Mobile Network seems to be fine thus far. I installed
the actual software tonight so I'm using the Del as my second computer
on this system. When in Outlook Express (this is the problem) I can
get to the message list fine. In order to read the highlighted post, I
need to press tab or enter tab and the message would read. I need to
press escape shift tab to get back to the message list. On my present
Asus PC, I highlight the message by going to it with arrow keys, press
enter and the message reads fine. I escape and I'm back to the list.
I can press escape then delete to get rid of the post. No tabs are
being used on this machine. I'm trying to track down suggestions I've
already received. I'm looking for the tools, options and some kind of
option which may be set to read messages in text form. I was told I
should uncheck that. I was also told to uncheck the preview pain but
haven't seen any change when I tried to do that! So I'm slowly but
surely trying to solve the reading problem. Everything else seems to
be fine with System Access and Window Eyes. JFW works fine or did till
I uninstalled it!
