Hi John. I do not have that problem on my end. I'm using office 2003. I get
the prompt editing. Then I can edit the cell with no problems.

Subject: TalkSerotek: recent changes in system access and an excel issue

Hi folks,

I have hosted this information on the user's forum but thought there
might be others here who do not regularly read that.

I am happy to note that word is now working back to its responsive self.

On another front, I am experiencing an issue with excel following the
current update. I am unable to use excel's f2 editing function to
change data in an existing cell. the arrow does not move and I hear
repeat characters and am unable to edit the cell.

Is anyone experiencing this, I am using office 2003
