I found the following this Morning right after I posted my first reply
it gives some rough idea on how much information can be transferred
with different contract limitations.

With 250MB of data, you can send 20,000 text-only e-mail messages. View
400 Web pages or 30 minutes of video. Or, download 40 songs.
With a 5GB plan, you can send about 500,000 e-mail messages. View
10,000 Web pages or 10 hours of video. Or, download 1,000 songs.

Has anyone used a Verizon Air card in their PC? How much time can one
utilize on Samnet before going over the five gig limit on a '$60 a
month plan? The $39 a month plan uses 250 megabytes and I don't feel
one would get much time usage out of that option! Please feel free to
