Hi all,
The county is now sending out property tax bills if you don't have a
mortgage company taking care of them for you automatically
They're do April 1st; however, if you pay before December 1st, you'll get a
4% reduction; it's a very good return given current rates, and that the
county only has your money 4 months early.
