Putting an email here is a good start, but do make sure the subject is
correct; I changed the subject on this discussion from Uber to CCTV for you,
so if anyone knows of one they may read this and contact you.
I seem to recall the Top Tech Tidbits news letter from Flying Blind was from
a group of guys who were involved in helping people resell used assistive
technology; so you may look for them on the internet, and write to them and
ask (sorry, I haven't taken their news letter in a while).

a smart phone, this should allow you to make use of Uber from home if you do
have an Echo, a Dot, or a Tap (note that the last time I looked, the price
of an Amazon Dot had been lowered to $50):
The Uber skill, updated
The Uber skill for Alexa just got an upgrade. In addition to your Amazon
Echo device location, you can now ask to be picked up from the Home or Work
address in your Uber app. To get started, enable the Uber skill in your
Alexa App and link your Uber account. Then just ask:
Alexa, ask Uber for a ride.
Alexa, ask Uber for a ride at my Uber Home address.
Alexa, ask Uber to set my Uber Home address as my default pickup location.
If you haven't set your Amazon Echo device location, go to "Settings" in
the Alexa App, select your device, and add a street address.
