well, he did say nation-wide, so why not look at the national organizations
for the blind: the NFB, the ACB, the APH, the AFB; they all have web sites
which no doubt have resource lists and links to other sites. if you go to
some of our state-wide sites here such as the DBS, or the FAAST, or the
"able trust", they may have links to national organizations and sites.
You should probably figure though that you are re-inventing the wheel; this
type of resource list no doubt exists in dozens of forms already.
