Don't call them - they are totally unreliable. They may show up on time maybe
once but don't expect it. The disbatchers are rude and act like they do not
care about whether you get a ride or not. Just awful.

Hello everyone I hope all is well. There is a new transportation in town called
Flatrate. It is 24 hours, and sevend days a week. All you need to do is
schedule a ride, and as long as you are in the city limits you may pay between
8 to 15 dollars one way. If you have Doctors's appointments are to meet
immediate needs you must schedule your ride one day in advance to assure being
on time. I have had several of my clients as well as myself use the service,
and find it to be verry accurate, Staff is professional, and most of all on
