To Walgreens pharmacy patients under CVS Caremark prescription drug plans: 

Walgreens and CVS Caremark have recently had a number of public
announcements about our business relationship. As a Walgreens patient, you
may have questions about how this affects you.

I am pleased to let you know that we reached an agreement with CVS Caremark
on June
18 that allows you to continue filling your prescriptions at Walgreens and
to continue the relationship with your Walgreens community pharmacist. This
includes all existing, new and renewed CVS Caremark prescription drug plans,
including CVS Caremark plans under Medicare Part D.

If you recently transferred your prescription to another pharmacy, you can
call your local Walgreens pharmacy staff who will be happy to call the new
pharmacy and transfer your prescription back, if you choose.

If your prescriptions are still on file at Walgreens, I want to thank you
for your loyalty.
We will continue to fill your prescriptions as usual and help you with any
healthcare advice you may need.

If you have any questions regarding this matter, please talk to your
Walgreens pharmacist. We look forward to seeing you soon at Walgreens and
serving your healthcare needs.
