Hi everyone. We are fortunate to have a guest speaker this month! Ms.
Russell, a doga instructor, will be joining us to give us a
demonstration of yoga you can do with your dog. Please bring something
to sit on (a blanket, mat, pillow, or towel) if you wish to
participate. We'll also have chairs available. For more information,
