There is a free program which will do a lot more than just edit those
mp3 tags which you can use from the "my computer" window by
highlighting one of the files and using the context key after it's installed.

Not a bad idea, but it has issues.
What you really need is a way to edit the tags of files after they are created, not just a one-shot opportunity when exporting the file. There are issues in doing this that we haven't had time to pursue.
