[st-and.crc] Relationship with the Sailing Club

Dear Members
The Sailing Club have imposed changes to our membership.   The attached 
documents include a letter explaining our position plus the Sailing Club 
Affiliation Agreement and Conditions.  In the event of a split with the Sailing 
Club we have temporary arrangements in place for storage of the skiff and 
equipment thanks to Julie and Clayton.  If you have any questions prior to the 
AGM please contact a member of the committee.
