, please email Jody if you would like to be involved in this . We will be
participating in the Portsoy regatta on 25/26th June and there will be no club
rowing that weekend as a result. ❌
EASY ROWING; pace dictated by the crew
STRENUOUS ROWING ; to improve fitness , technique and racing drills
TASTER/ SOCIAL; this session will accommodate an minimum of two new rowers .
Please help the taster team when possible as crew , cox or shore cover .
RACE TRAINING, TECHNIQUES, DAWN ROWING ; as per demand

The cox will text to advise all rowers only if session cancelled. There may
be occasions when the sea conditions change favourably or otherwise in a short
period and a decision whether or not to row may need to be made with rowers
