[SL] UK accounts setup

hi there,

could someone mention any pointers RE setting up SL to carry out UK 
accounts.

i have put GBP at the begining of the list of currencies in the perferences

i have added accounts for VAT at 17.5% and 5% by copying the existing 
VAT accounts - should i add an account for zero VAT?

are there any other immediate things i should do?
