Hi Shen,
I am still collecting papers for the special issue. So, do not worry I am in
control of the situation and now with the great news of SCOPUS, I am sure that
people will get more encouraged to publish in the journal.
Just a quick question,being a guest editor, am I eligible to submit full paper
for the special issue? Because I dis not submit it to the conference
proceedings and I was willing and planning to submit to the journal instead
since it has more value and importance.
Please advise
