How about we book that second Meeting room for a couple of days 'by order of 
SPECSC'

Store everything in there till the  next day.

The tables could just be in the main pavilion, because I cannot imagine anyone 
just nicking off with one of them... Or do I not know how desperate students 
are?

I completely forgot to discuss this last week. Where are we going to keep the 
catering equipment after the event? We will need to keep it somewhere safe and 
return it to Kiribillis the next day. We are completely liable for anything 
that goes missing or anything that breaks.
