Richard
Many, many thanks for putting this on the net. Believe it or not I never
thought about putting
it on the net myself.
The history of how it got there is that I belong to the Gulfstream Chapter of
the AMMV which
had arranged with the officials of the War Memorial Auditorium for that limited
space and that
limited number of surrounding small stones. However there was one space left
over and it was
offered to anyone in our chapter for only $600 dollars and no takers. The
monument company
that made and installed all the stones as a matter of patriotism did it all at
cost or even less?
So I took and paid for it and you saw it and so did my kids and grand kids.
Great close up
picture easily read. Again, many thanks
Stanley

I came across these markers today while attending the Hamboree at the War
Memorial Auditorium in Fort Lauderdale.
You never told us, Stanley!
