Of course those people will be voting against it. Drugs were never illegal in
the U.S. until Prohibition was repealed and a lot of government workers
suddenly found themselves out of a job and a lot of crooked politicians and
cops suddenly had one of their major sources of income cut off.

Yes, you are correct. Here in AZ legalizing Pot (6 plants allowed) will
be on the Nov. ballot. Medical Pot is already legal here. The polls
show a toss up.
The politicians, DEA, Border Patrol, Alcohol makers, etc. will be voting
to keep it ILLEGAL.

Making a substance illegal has never stopped people from using it. It
