I've been ordering citrus essential oils for years from overseas - never had a
problem ever and never had to pay extra for different packaging/consignments.
Wonder who you are ordering from Ross?

Citrus oil is quite volatile but the list of DG oils they sent me cut out 90%
of their catalogue

it can't be sent to NZ.
