Well, I am a big fan of the Bile-drenched Main Gauche
since Einnar has been using one for a few levels.
However its not much of an improvement over the non
epic quest ones you are looking at.
If smee does Nadox on Sunday, I would wait to see what
drops for you as far as luggald flesh goes. If it
proves to be extrememly rare, buying the main gauche
might be worthwhile. Otherwise I would say it isn't.
