Kako identificirati jesu li troškovi e zdravstva veći od koristi?
NIKAKO...
Teško je definirati SVE troškove(pogotovo izgubljene sate
profesionalnog zdravstvenog osoblja),a još je teže kvantificirati
benefite.
Zaključno,gotovo je nemoguće reći koji su veći-troškovi ili
koristi...Ha,ha...zar smo uopće mislili drugačije ?
Osim toga,odluku o e health-ići ili ne ići....donosi politika, a
ta odluka ne mora biti vezana na objektivne troškove ni korist..
I tako kaže meni pacijentica,znate da mi u Njemačkoj lijepo
dobijemo recept i uputnicu u ruke...nema ovakvog rusvaja kao kad
vama „padne sustav“..A niti tolike zvonjave telefona za te leteće
recepte..Pa vaša sestra ne radi ništa drugo nego telefonira...puno
manje je tamo stresa...Ida

In rational terms, your public sector e-health project should go ahead
if its expected benefits are greater than its costs. If, on the other
hand, the expected costs are greater than the benefits, you should not
proceed or should only proceed if your project is redesigned.
Two problems, though, with this simple analysis/_. First, it is hard
to identify all project costs and even harder to quantify project
benefits. Therefore, it is almost impossible to say which is bigger:
costs or benefits. Second, e-health project "go/no go" decisions are
determined largely by political factors which may or may not be linked
to objective benefits and costs. _/

četvrti put me zovu iz HZZO-a da im nisam poslao izvještaje za 11
mjesec. Danas sam poslao peti puta od kraja 11 mjeseca. Eto nešto im
je zapelo pa baš moj izvještaj nisu dobili
