As part of a continuing effort to provide direct support to its members, the
SLIC membership approved funds for language bursaries for SLIC members at the
2015 Annual General Meeting. SLIC will award three bursaries, of $500.00 each,
to members pursuing post-secondary coursework related to the instruction or
delivery of second language curriculum in Alberta.
The successful recipients of the SLIC bursaries will be randomly drawn from the
applications submitted to the SLIC. Deadline for application is May 1, 2016.
The application form is available on the SLIC website and has been attached for
your convenience. Thank you.
