[slackintosh-users] libstdc++5

During installation of HelixPlayer, I've received en error message
about "missing libstdc++5 " or similar...
Checking /etc/ld.so.conf, I've found this line:
/usr/i486-slackware-linux/lib
that I changed in
/usr/powerpc-slackware-linux/lib .
After "ldconfig", HPlayer installed fine.
Question: The "wrong" line in /etc/ld.so.conf file is a feature or a bug?

Ah: slackintosh-11.0 on a 12" ibuk ( half 2005).
