Hello Folks,

My wife got it working in Firefox. I tried in Internet Explorer, and it
wouldn't load due to an error on their end. I can't believe they got rid of
the edit box. Why do they insist on not having one? Anywhere?

Thanks,

Paul

Rick,
Wonder if you're the only one getting these. It's mainly been Judy and me
and Paul.
And I'm at a standstill.
The beta player is now the official player.
It doesn't recognize my login, though.
I spent an hour on the phone with customer service, (theoretically) setting
myself up in the new online center.
So then the time came to choose a password, and it wouldn't accept what I'm
using now.
So I picked another, and the Submit button didn't work.
And the less-than-helpful customer service guy said, "That's a known issue."
So if it's a known issue, why didn't he tell me before we wasted all that
time?
Fortunately I can still access XM on the iPhone.
Not sure it's worth the hassle to get the PC access going.

Rick,

This message you just sent ended up in my junk mail. Otherwise, I hope
things will be okay.

Judy
