Hello Folks, My wife got it working in Firefox. I tried in Internet Explorer, and it wouldn't load due to an error on their end. I can't believe they got rid of the edit box. Why do they insist on not having one? Anywhere? It's mainly been Judy and me and Paul. And I'm at a standstill. The beta player is now the official player. It doesn't recognize my login, though. I spent an hour on the phone with customer service, (theoretically) setting myself up in the new online center. So then the time came to choose a password, and it wouldn't accept what I'm using now. So I picked another, and the Submit button didn't work. And the less-than-helpful customer service guy said, "That's a known issue." So if it's a known issue, why didn't he tell me before we wasted all that time? Fortunately I can still access XM on the iPhone. Not sure it's worth the hassle to get the PC access going. -- Rick -----Original Message----- From: siriusxm-access-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:siriusxm-access-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Judy Covington Sent: Wednesday, March 25, 2015 10:19 AM To: siriusxm-access@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [siriusxm-access] Re: flagged messages Rick, This message you just sent ended up in my junk mail. Otherwise, I hope things will be okay. Judy
