If there were some way to get past these customer service people. I believe
that SiriusXM needs to be informed about this problem, but how do we do that?

Subject: [siriusxm-access] New Beta Player

Hi everyone:

This morning, when I went to log into SiriusXM online, clicked on the “listen
live” link, I was taken to a dialog box where I could be invited to try the new
beta player, launch the current player, or, “no thanks, don’t invite me again”.
At first, I launched the current player, and told it to remember me. Then,
curiously, I tried the beta player, and, I fear that if this is what it’s going
to be, there is virtually no accessibility whatsoever, as far as I can tell. I
then tried to launch the regular player again, and it continued to lead me to
the beta player with no other choice. After restarting my PC, thankfully, I was
again led to the current player. So, I maintain that at least the current
player is doable, albeit not having all the features, but at least it is
accessible, which the beta player is not.
