[SimpleMail-usr] How do I set up lastminute.com to allow downloading of images in html mail?

Hello all,
I can get tesco html emails to download images by setting the email address
in the config, but lastminute.com doesn't work.
The email address visible in raw format is:
From: lastminute.com <uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
I have tried setting the address in the config to:
uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
but it still doesn't work. No images are downloaded.
Incidentaly, the from field in the message list is blank for this message.
Any ideas?
