It's not the Right to Repair part but the Right to Compensation for Improvements where a tenant has carried out an improvement to their property and is entitled to compensation within a certain period if they've followed the procedure. I should've been more clear. What we'd like to record is every stage from the application to carry out an improvement, the date inspected, value, and if there exists a way to flag up the RTC when a tenancy is ended that would be especially helpful.
