The first step is wrong. You need to press Ctrl+F1 to open the access menu,
not Alt+F2. The rest of the instructions stand.

Press Ctrl+F1 to open the access menu.
Down Arrow until you hear Staff Names.
Press enter, then go to whichever staff
you want to change the name.
In the edit fields marked full instrument name and short instrument name,
type the desired name you want to have Then tab to the "Change Button".
Press the spacebar or enter

Go to System Items by pressing Alt+F2.

Thank sso much.

But, Concerning my instrument question, I need to incert an instrument, even
in the start of a score, the dialogue to select a familly, an instruments
etc, can't read by jaws while using errows, u must hit incert 5 to read the
word, why is this?

And please, how can I rename  an instruments after  finishing a score?
or if I incert just a tribble clef, as I have some oriental instrumentals
that r not in sibelius, how can I write a name for this instrument?
