Plugins > other > make layout uniform
The labelling isn't great here. The first edit box is the number of bars on
each system, the second is the number of systems per page and the third the
number of systems on page 1. Just put 2 in the first box and that should fix it.
You can adjust the default position of text items but how depends on the text
style. How are you creating your heading?

Hello All,
I am in the process of redoing my handouts for drum set exercises. I have two
questions.
1. How do I make it so that the examples are on two measures per line?
Right now it is three measures a line and the third measure, which is a
different example, is not very clear on the physical paper.
2. The heading on the top of the page, for example "flam handout"
could be moved down a line. How can I do this?
