[sib-access] Re: stop plug-in dialogue?

A few corrections:

This "stop plug-in dialogue" happens almost every time I select a note.
This is  already after having set the default keyboard layout to "U.S.
English".  It is the only thing that slows me down, but slows me down to a
great deal.

Hi,
 

There is one other strange thing that slows things down and appears in some
sessions every 30 seconds, in others (fewer)  hardly ever.  When I navigate
there is this dialogue that seems to open and close: jaws says "Stop plug-in
dialogue: stop! Button".  Is there a way to get rid of this?
