My statement on the matter is not definitive by any means, but I recently
learned there seems to be a trend toward including a pair of tied notes
within a slur. In your case, the slur would span all three notes.

Hello!
The question is really simple one, but tricky for me. For example I have to
slur two pitches together, but the second pitch is represented with two tied
notes, so we have two different pitches, but three notes. should I draw the
slur on all three notes or just on first two.
