There are several options for swing.
"light swing", "swing", "heavy swing", "triplet swing", shuffle", "dotted
eighths" and a few other options for very specific cases. The full list is in
the playback > performance dialog.
The last two only work on pairs of 16th notes but the other three are for 8th
note pairs. Light is more towards straight and heavy is very long - very short
in each pair.
You can turn the performance options on and off for different parts of the
score by putting the keyword in tempo text. Just hide the text object if you
don't want it to be printed.
