[sib-access] Strange problem with sharps and flats

Hi all:
I have a strange thing in this score
I selected the d minor as my scale. And I wrote a score and print it. But
the person that took it came back to me and told me, that each strange
note that is not in the key signature like G sharp, b natural etc,, sibelius
wrote its name above it, as a tecnic txt.
What was happened that caused this?
I removed them manually, It was a hard thing but I did it.
But why is this,
