Hello, Dan,

Would you please consider incorporating spoken feedback when navigating
from a system containing one or more hidden staves to a system where a
particular staff WOULD appear, because its part has become active?
Perhaps the speech could convey the number of shown staves. It's
currently difficult to get an understanding of how hidden staves figure
into page layout. The score summary, etc., of the ctrl+F1 is quite
helpful. However, one situation where I would fine the hidden staves
speech to be of value is one in which, say vocal parts are resting, then
determining where to place chord symbols during an instrumental
interlude. And then of course, when to go back to placing the chord
symbols with the voice parts.

Another time such information would be useful is helping to know when to
leave bars absolutely blank within a staff, or whether to include
fermata over a measure's rest, since a modification of any kind makes
Sibelius think the staff is no longer empty.

Thank you for pondering this.

Dale
