This might seem a stupid question, but have you re-booted the system to see if
the problem still exists?

Hello,
I am having issues opening Sibelius. The start up sound does not play and my
recent scores do not appear in the "open recent scores" dialogue. When I open
another score, nothing happens. The software doesn't open or do anything. How
can I fix this issue?
