Will it cost anything to register this version?

Subject: [sib-access] Sibelius 7 userguide and 64-bit version

Just to clarify some of the comments on the demo version. We have
changed the setup of this recently, so it is no longer a demo as such,
but a full trial version. This is no different to what you'll have when
licenced - there is no need to reinstall - just it will need to be
registered prior to the end of the trial period.

You should have both 64 and 32 bit versions on a 64 bit machine - in the
start menu you should see Avid then Sibelius 7 then Sibelius - this will
be the 64 bit version. Within the same folder there should be a Sibelius
7 (32 bit) folder, and this contains a link called Sibelius 7 (32 bit).

Regarding the userguide, this is now installed to the ProgramData folder
rather than to the application folder. The way I find this is to go to
an explorer window and type %programdata% - hitting return will take you
there. Inside you will find the following folder structure to the
userguide - Avid, then Sibelius 7, Resources, en.lproj (assuming you
want the English version, the other languages are installed too) then
finally Sibelius Help. All the pdf files are in this folder.
