I never realy used sib 5 with the jaws scripts. I've been testing and using
Sibelius since 7.5. This newest release works best with Narrator, and is
much better than the earlier versions. However, we need to finish the
accessibility specific documentation to make it practical for new users to
get things going. With qt5, there is no longer any dependency on the gui.
Yes, there are still some elements that are not accessible, such as the
mixer, but when used along with the special keyboard shortcuts, and some
handy plugins, it is very possible for a blind user to confidently create
professional scores and parts that look as good as anything out there.
