[sib-access] Re: Sib-access on windows 8

Few mounths ago, one of my friends had the same problem. I asked the
guys of this list and they asure me about it. So you are not the first
one with this issue. But I hope other friends of the list may have a
solution now. In this case, I wish I make mistake and you will be able
to resolve the problem.
