Simply put, please read the help files that Dan includes with Sib-Access.
You'll find excellent explanations immediately and not need to ask anyone on
the list for the answer.
Open your Sibelius, Have the help files in another window for reference, and
then start with one of the sample files, and play around with the program
and the user interface. You'll answer your own questions and learn so much
more thoroughly than just asking:
"What does this keystroke do?"
I believe in the old adage: "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man how to catch fish and he can feed himself for the rest of his
life."

I think this was a typo. He probaly meant CTRL+ Alt + up or down arrow.
Since I've never used the Shift+Alt+Arrow Keys, I wonder what they do?
