[sib-access] Ribbon in Sibelius Does Not Sound Good for the Blind

Here is a link to the latest Sibelius blog, in which Mr. Spreadbury sets
forth the reasons why they have gone to the ribbon, and which means the menu
is gone. While Freedom Scientific has provided some support for ribbons, I
have not found them very usable.
