I love that book. You might be able to ask if your library can do an
interlibrary loan.
There's also the Practical Guide to Sounds and Orchestration by Henry Mancini.

physically handicaps related to the library of Congress of USA, you
can find one of the most famous manual for orchestration by Kent
Wheeler Kennan in braille including its work books. But the only
problem is that NLS doesn't send it abroad.
If you are in US or you know a blind person there, you can order it.
