I love that book. You might be able to ask if your library can do an
interlibrary loan.

There's also the Practical Guide to Sounds and Orchestration by Henry Mancini.

Dmitry,
By searching in this page:
http://www.loc.gov/cgi-bin/zgate.nls?ACTION=INIT&FORM_HOST_PORT=/prod/www/data/nls/catalog/index.html,z3950.loc.gov,7490&CI=110527
which is online catalog of National Library Services for blind and
physically handicaps related to the library of Congress of USA, you
can find one of the most famous manual for orchestration by Kent
Wheeler Kennan in braille including its work books. But the only
problem is that NLS doesn't send it abroad.
If you are in US or you know a blind person there, you can order it.

Saeed

Hello all!
Are there any good books on instrumentation and orchestration either in
audio or in braille format? The language is not very important,
nevertheless
english is preferred. The main criteria is the possibility to optain the
book whether by downloading or buying it. If anybody knows any sources on
this topic, please let me know.

Thanks.
Dmitry
