What I would do in your situation is ask somebody to transcribe it for you.
In every University, there should be a student service departement for
students with physical disabilities who would find and hire you a student
who would transcribe you course material in a format you want. They might
ask you to provide a rough deadline for every batch of transcriptions. That
info you can get from you teacher. Honestly, that always worked for me. I
always had material put into Sibelius and the student services' departement
arranged the transcriber to be paid.
Or just ask somebody to sight-read examples for you at the piano.
Of course which way would work for you depends depend on the complexity of
these examples and how shapr you ear is. And if you say you would do well
with a CD, then a person who plays piano and is good atsight-reading might
be just what you need, and a machine to record her/him.
