Ramy,
These fonts are installed with Sibelius so if it can't find them, the
installation must have gone wrong. Try re-installing Sibelius. If this
doesn't work, contact Sibelius directly for assistance.

when i install sibelius today, it told me that it can't find the opus
font, and it well work without it, so, how can i reinstall these fonts? or
from can i get them?
