Dan,
The idea is good, but I think it's the better choise to stay as long as
possible only with Sibelius' own shortcuts.

Alt+Control+G opens the go to bar dialog.

The only thing to be careful of is that when the dialog closes the entire
bar will be selected across the system.

I'm debating adding another plug-in feature to give us a more direct
method. Something like:
Press keystroke.
Dialog opens into which you type a number and press enter.
Dialog closes and first item in requested bar is selected.

Any thoughts?

I know I should know this, but I've lost the formula. How do I jump to a
specific bar in Sibelius? I'm sure there's a better way than just Ctrl-arrow
multiple times.
