Yeah, it would be great for me. I do some arrangements for our church choir
and the xml export out of Sonar x1 expanded works Ok but some elements,
especially ties don't seem to import properly into Sibelius or lime. My
choir director uses finale so it would be good to be abl to give him better
xml files if he wants to spruce them up. The other thing I see coming out
of this is more availability to commercially available scores written in
music xml which would give us betteraccess to orchestral and choral music.
It would be nice to get stuff we are working on that is complex and emboss
it in goodfeel so that I could be more assertive as a section leader.

Kevin,

I had started what I deemed to be an off-topic thread about the XML plug-in,
and how I might be able to exchange files with a Finale user. Tim suggested
keeping that conversation on the list. Claudio contributed that a merge of
two companies would soon result in the $100 XML plug-in becoming free.

So, while the topic is not specifically about the Access scripts, I think
the reason Tim wanted the discussion to remain on-list is that it might be a
help to others with Finale colleagues.

Dale
