Hi all:
After reading in many sites, i found very helpful Ideas and
Hexadecimal tricks to type music simboles in a word file, but the
issue now is the jaws itself, can we find a SPL jaws file that can
recognize all the Music simboles that was written using the
Hexadecimal or do you have any other ideas?

Ramy, select any music symbol, go to home ribbon tab, go down and choose
select graphic under clipboard group. Don't quote me on this, but I
believe the shortcut is option+g on mac and alt+g on windows.
Then the symbol is in your clipboard that you can paste anywhere that
accepts graphic.
Only problem is you might need to resize the graphic to fit on your
paper.
You might want to have someone to resize and save the symbols you need
into files, then you can paste as you needed.

Hi all my friends:
It's out of list but it's music related,
but am in a hurry adding final touches to my Phd Research, my
professer asked me to type each music symbole in it's shape, 4/4 2/4,
Creshendo, etc etc.
Of cores there is a way that we can write that in sibelius and export
it as a graphic, then, insert to the word file, but it needs sighted
assistance each time i need to do so,, i tried searching for unicodes
on another formats, that can reproduce the symbole,
i found some of them in the word itself, i will paste below what i
found if anyone needs to use it, but it does not provide unicode
unicodes for each symbole, only the place of these symboles on Office.
so my question is that, can we find an easier way to insert music
symboles in a word document? and if this is accessible, it will be
great.
Thanks in advance.
and here is the Quotation that i found explaining how to insert music
symboles in MS office.
First, place your insertion point in the location in your document
where you want to insert a music symbol. On the “Insert tab” on the
Ribbon, click the “Symbol” button and then choose “More Symbols” from
the drop-down menu.
In the Symbol window, open the “Font” drop-down menu and choose the
“MS UI Gothic” font.
Open the “Subset” drop-down menu and select the “Miscellaneous
Symbols” option there.
Scroll down a bit (four or five lines) and you’ll see seven music
symbols:
1. Quarter Note
2. Eighth Note
3. Beamed Eighth Note
4. Beamed Sixteenth Notes
5. Music Flat Sign
6. Music Natural Sign
7. Music Sharp Sign
Click the music symbol of your choice and then click the “Insert”
button (or just double-click the symbol) to insert the symbol at your
insertion point.
You can insert as many symbols as you want while the Symbol window is
still open. When you’re finished inserting symbols, click the “Cancel”
button.
